Ken and his co worker are great!. True professionals. I rented vehicle's numerous times. They help get the best deal and best vehicle . The vehicles are always clean! unlike the competitor I will not be returning to. It is way out of my way to go to that location, but I am always loyal to awesome customer service.
And I m not the kind of person who would ever give bad ratings. And the employee amidi worst attitude.he needs to be trained or should work in the backend. Worst worst worst experience ever. Close this location down.
I have rented from this location twice already and each time the staff was pleasant and efficient. The process of picking up and dropping off the car was communicated to me clearly and I will definitely use them again.

I rent with Budget since two years now. I get the feeling that there is always some special offer that I can make use of, and I have had the luck of getting car upgrades most of the times.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The location is at the bottom of a hotel, which was very hard to find because lack of signs. The "operations manager" was very rude and unhelpful. NEVER book through budget!!!
