Had an amazing experience at Jared. I have never shopped here before but saw a piece of jewelry I was interested online and found where there was a location nearby. The piece I was interested wasn't in the store and would have needed to be ordered. Since I needed the gift for the following day they help me select something else. The gift I chose was beautiful and nicer that the original gift I was going to get. I purchased a Pandora charm with a leather choker necklace. For those that don't know Jared sells Pandora and what an amazing experience. Much nicer than dealing with Roosevelt Field. The presentation of the gift - with the box and wrapping was a huge hit. My friend told me this morning she doesn't want to take it out of the box because it's so beautiful and wants to enjoy it for awhile. I also want to give a shout out to the manager. They insisted on cleaning my jewelry as I shopped. Thank you for all your help. I already sent a friend there and he purchased a cross that day for his wife and had the same excellent service and experience. We will be back!
The service is good so if you don't mind being completely ripped off on the price of the stuff I'd recommend them.
Absolutely disgusting customer service from one employee. My fiancé and I purchased my wedding band in march and the salesman assured us that it would be ready for pick up in 6-8 weeks. I never received a call so I called one Sunday, about 3 months after the purchase (it happened to be Mother's day) to ask if it was available to pick up. The person who answered said that they would have called if it were ready and proceeded to say "Today is mother's day you know! We are very busy here!" After that call I have not been able to reach this Jared location by phone (my mobile phone) since. I was clearly put on a call block list and have had to use by fiancé's phone to call them again. I recently got a hold of them and was told that the ring had been ready and in the store for some time. Very rude, very unfair, very disappointing!
please be careful buying from this place! I love Jared but this location has loose diamonds wayyy overpriced currently in their store they have a G.I.A 1.00CT Princess Cut VS2F diamond for $7500 that is joke go on jared website click start with a diamond you can get it right from jared website for $5,360 lol what a joke and then to top it off the sales rep does not mention that the GSI report is not as accurate as GIA report grading very misleading. Thank God I only went there for a cleaning
Most happiest moment I was going to pick out my ring cash. Walked in the store no greeting, no acknoledgement for 20 mins while in the store. Never recommending jareds and especially this location.
