We had Stephen as our sales guy and we had such a informative, easy and pleasant experience. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and made us feel comfortable throughout he entire purchase. We would definitely come back for any future purchases :)
As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Julio. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he showed us just that. He had a lot of knowledge of all of the furniture in the store and made sure we got the best price. We ended up buying our living room set that day itself from this store. I would recommend Julio to anyone that wants to shop at this store.
Julio and his team were fantastic. They provided great service, taking the time to talk through all the options, and very clearly explaining pros and cons to each piece and deal. Julio is incredibly personable and makes every effort to connect with his customers on a personal level. And to top it off, the furniture is really good and at an incredibly affordable price. If you find something on their website for less, they will price match it and work to get you the best deal. I'm honestly blown away by how friendly and pleasant the whole experience was from start to finish. Will totally be coming back to purchase whatever our next furniture need is at Ashley's.
We went to this location during the weekend in search of a couch. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but knew what we definitely didn't want. Julio came up to us right away, looked at pictures of what we were interested in and helped us look around. He showed us their database options in addition to what was on the floor, was very knowledgeable and answered our numerous questions. We wanted a day to think over our decision and he let us know about an upcoming VIP sale to get us a more reasonable price. We contacted him and let him know we'd be there, and when we walked in today to make the purchase, another team member Marvin, began to assist us. He found Julio and together they worked out financing with us. We were also thinking about some accent chairs and they ran around the store and positioned some options for us, in order to better visualize the potential purchase. Customer service like this, is essentially impossible these days, so it truly stood out immensely; we didn't just feel like valued customers, but like family. I'd go there again in a heart beat, and would strongly recommend, the location, but especially Julio for his conscientiousness.
